What is it? |
The Little Wolf Jr./Sr. High School's Problem Bank is a collection of problems submitted by community members for the purpose of finding solutions through the work of the school's Engineering department.
When a problem is submitted, it is brought to a group of Engineering students for potential solutions. A student, or group of students, contact the submitter with their ideas, or perhaps for additional information, if needed. Through this process, the students learn to become problem-solvers while also contributing to the community.
LWHS is equipped with a CAD lab for design and modeling of ideas. When a proposed solution is agreeable to the creator of the submission and our "engineer in training," the model is fabricated in our Fab Lab, equipped with three 3D printers and a laser cutter.
We hope you find this community engagement gratifying, and we thank you for helping us on this venture through your submissions!
